Ready for a life at Sea
We're not your average crew recruiter. SoundWaves Agency promises to prepare all artists for a life at sea. We know first-hand that not every DJ is right for life below deck and not every singer excels at sea. We set realistic expectations and share what it's like to really be crew. We pre-interview and recruit outside of the usual talent pools. Many of our artists have multiple cruise contracts under their belt and can hit the deck running; our talent knows its BPM from its IPM.

We want the absolute best for each artist and every client. Our standards are as high as the, well, the high sea. We monitor and manage each artist throughout the contract, offering advice, support and guidance; from pre-boarding to the very last day of their contract.

We are DJs, Event Specialists and Performers ourselves. We know what works; on ships and on land. Having done 100s of events, multiple cruise lines and numerous contracts, we have 25 years of experience in the world of entertainment across TV, Music, Theatre and Sea. As Music Curators and Set List builders, we can also consult on the wider entertainment on board; from complimentary background music to pre-show and post-performance concepts and activations.
